ONE RETREAT purpose: for church leadership to develop a clear strategic ministry plan for moving forward as a healthy missional congregation. The planning workshop/retreat is held on site at the church on a Friday evening and Saturday. This is a hands-on working workshop.

Result: a SWOB based on PULSE, Mission Insite and group knowledge and wisdom, a review of the church mission, vision, values, and creation of 3 - 5 goals months, and strategies for each goal.
