This is the Strategic Ministry Planning Team's first meeting. At this meeting we: * gain an overview of the process * receieve a teaching about Strategic Ministry Planning * explore the work needed to be done before the retreat workshop * The Strategic Ministry Planning Team follows through on the prep work for the retreat: Taking the Leadership Stool Test, re-reading and evaluating the PULSE report, studying the top five mosaic profiles from the Mission Insite Report, reviewing Impact’s mission and vision statements, making notes for the SWOB analysis.
